**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Conducting Quality Inspections: Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications using various quality instruments.
2. Testing and Analysis: Utilize various testing methods and equipment to assess the performance, durability, and functionality of mechanical components and assemblies.
3. Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities during the production process, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. Prepare reports and communicate findings to management and other stakeholders as needed.
5. Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes, optimize production efficiency, and minimize waste.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 D) in all aspects of quality control activities.
7. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
