**Job Responsibilities:1. Quality Inspection & Process Monitoring**
- Conduct **in-process, first article (FAI), and final inspections** of machined components
- Perform **visual and dimensional inspection** to ensure adherence to specifications
- Identify **defects, deviations, and non-conformities**, and report findings to the quality team

**2. Engineering Drawing Interpretation & GD&T Application**
- **Read and interpret engineering drawings**, including **tolerances and GD&T symbols**:

- Verify parts using **datums, feature control frames, and dimensional tolerances**

**3. Measurement & Testing**
- Use precision measuring instruments such as:

- **Micrometers, Vernier calipers, Bore gauges, Dial indicators, Height gauges, etc.**:

- Maintain **inspection records and measurement reports**

**4. Quality Control Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain records of **inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions**:

- Assist in **root cause analysis** and help implement corrective actions

**5. Coordination with Production & Quality Teams**
- Work closely with **CNC machine operators and assembly teams** to ensure quality standards
- Provide feedback on **process improvements and defect reduction**:

- Support ISO/quality audits and follow industry compliance standards

**6. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure adherence to **ISO 9001 / AS9100 or other quality management systems**:

- Follow **safety and quality control procedures** in the manufacturing environment

**Skills & Competencies Required**:
**Strong knowledge of quality inspection & metrology tools**
Ability to **read & interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)**
Hands-on experience with **precision measuring instruments**
Familiarity with **quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)**
Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** for defect identification
Experience in **maintaining quality control reports & documentation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,445.07 - ₹30,000.00 per month
