**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive - Hotel Booking & Travel Process

**Location**: Mansarovar, Jaipur
**Working Days**: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday, half-day on Saturday)
**Shifts**: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Executives** for the **Hotel Booking & Travel Process**. The role involves handling customer inquiries, booking hotel accommodations, managing travel-related queries, and providing exceptional service to US-based clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound/outbound calls related to hotel bookings and travel services.
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide information on travel itineraries, hotel policies, and related services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: 6 months of BPO experience in a **US Travel Process**.
- **Language**: Fluent in **English** (spoken and written).
- **Education**: Minimum qualification as per company norms.
- **Gender**:TA for males**; **One-sided cab facility for females during odd hours**.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:

- **CTC**: ₹35,000 per month
- **Incentives**: Up to ₹8,000 based on performance

**Shift Details**:

- Rotational shifts, including night shifts (US time zones).
- **Off Days**: Rotational weekly offs as per the schedule.
