**Job Description: Customer Service - Claims Processing (Travel Process - Group Sourcing)**

**Job Role**: Customer Service - Claims Processing (Hotel Booking - Travel Process)

**Location**: Mansarovar, Jaipur

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and claims related to hotel bookings and travel services.
- Process claims efficiently while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Provide resolution for travel-related concerns via calls.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines while processing claims.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer service experience.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: Any Graduate/Undergraduate.
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Up to **₹33,000 CTC** + **Incentives up to ₹7,000**.
- **Additional Perks**: Performance-based incentives.

**Shifts & Work Schedule**:

- **Workdays**:5.5 days a week** with rotational shifts & offs.
- **Shifts**: Rotational, including night shifts.

**Transport Facilities**:

- Male employees: ₹180 per night shift reimbursement.
- Female employees: One-sided cab facility during odd hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
