Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to the needs and interests of kids aged 1-15 years, offering a wide range of activities that will keep them engaged and entertained.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and face of our studio, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your excellent communication and convincing skills will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with our valued customers and provide top-notch assistance, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and convincing skills to provide accurate information, promote our services, and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming tone to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our customers, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional service.
- Maintain proper database in the CRM regularly with queries from different channels.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong convincing skills to effectively promote our services and address customer concerns.
- A warm and welcoming tone that embodies the essence of hospitality and ensures customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every customer receives prompt and attentive service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
