Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team If you're passionate about travel, love helping people plan their dream vacations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you


Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries via calls and emails professionally

Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options & packages

Customize travel itineraries to suit client preferences

Convert leads into confirmed bookings

Coordinate with internal branches and external partners

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of outbound destinations & packages

Stay informed about travel trends, visa rules & tourism updates

Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction


Additional Role Requirements:

Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Available to work during weekends and public/festival holidays

Able to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries

Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment


Requirements:

Prior experience in travel, tourism, or a related sales role

Strong knowledge of international destinations & holiday packages

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Familiarity with travel booking tools and CRM software (preferred)

Strong coordination, organizational & customer-handling skills
