Resource Cost Controller

**Region APC > Customer Project Execution - APAC > APAC Offshore Resources & Training Management**

APAC People Resource Management within the department of Installation & Commissioning under Construction operations. This department supports for both onshore and offshore vestas projects across APAC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring Invoices are submitted / POs created for procurement of external resources.
- Updating and distributing reports relating to PO creation / Invoices booked
- Ensuring the right POs / Invoices / Payments are followed up with Vestas Finance team and Supplier Finance team for timely invoice submission & payments.
- External resource cost estimate and pre/post analysis.
- Receive approved timesheets as back up documents for the invoices raised for manpower.
- As needed, coordinate between timesheet approver and agency on timesheet registration disconnects/issues
- Approve/reject draft invoices as required.

**Qualification**:

- 3-4 yrs minimum experience in SAP & cost controlling / invoice management.
- Good knowledge in SAP & Excel. Creation of PR/PO & handline invoices and payments in volume.
- Bachelors in any degree
