**Responsibilities**:

- Responsable por la gestión integral de ventas en sus canales de todo el territorio nacional.
- Negociación de acuerdos comerciales con clientes claves del canal, en conjunto con el distribuidor.
- Coordinar, ejecutar y controlar planes comerciales en los canales asignados.
- Manejo y grestión de KPI’s de Ventas: Gross Sales / D&A / SOM.
- Identificar oportunidades en el mercado y comunicar novedades de la competencia.
- Supervisar y gestionar el equipo de trabajo del distribuidor.
- Supervisar los puntos de venta. Trabajar junto al Supervisor y Vendedor del distribuidor, apoyándolo en el desarrollo de su zona y velando por el cumplimiento de acuerdos comerciales.
- Realizar reuniones periódicas con su equipo de trabajo del distribuidor.
- Responsable de análisis, control del D&A del canal y ROI.
- Medición y Evaluación del desempeño de la fuerza de venta.
- Trabajo en conjunto con áreas relacionadas: CS, Logística, Trade Mkt, Sales Planning, Revenue, etc.
- Gestionar el volumen de venta, costos y utilidades.

Qualifications:

- Egresado de carreras afines al área Comercial (Ingenieria, Administración, Marketing)
- Experiência de 3 años en posiciones de similar responsabilidad preferentemente en consumo masivo
- Usuario avanzado de herramientas informáticas, (Excel, Power Point). Se valorará manejo de Power BI.
- Inglés (intermedio)
