Position Name: Project Coordinator

**2. Position Summary**: Maintaining and monitoring project plans/schedule organizing, attending and participating in Conference Calls and meetings with overseas client. Maintaining and enhancing the relationship between company and its client. Bridge between client, company & project team. Ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.

**3. Essential Job function**:

- Understand client requirements from BA/PM.
- Day to Day monitoring as well as communication with PM/TL for the assigned project.
- Logical analytical skill to resolve team's logical queries.
- Daily communication with Sales Team.
- Immediate response to Sales/Client on different communication media.
- Assure delivery of Quality Product as per industry standard using Agile OR Waterfall methodology.
- Client meetings at various stages of SDLC Client follow ups to ensure the project delivery on time.
- Manage multiple Project/CR pipelines
- Coordinate with client to manage change requests (CR) / New implementation request.
- Actively involved with the project manager community to bring best practice in the company.
- Train allocated team members (PM/TL).

**4. Minimum technical/ Professional Knowledge required**:

- Analytical skill
- Agile and Waterfall, Product Presentation.
- Cost effective analysis.
- Cost/Effort estimation for CR/New Implementation.
- Documentation for CR/New implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PM Tools like Jira, MS Team etc.

5. Additional Qualification and Skill Required:

- Understanding of SDLC & STLC.
- Graduate / Master degree with Technical/Management background. 6. Other Job Requirements:
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management methodology: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
