Solar Project Coordinator's responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution:

- **Coordination**:The coordinator works with various departments, including design, engineering, and installation teams, to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.
- **Timelines and Schedules**:They monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
- **Progress Tracking**:The coordinator tracks project progress, prepares reports, and provides updates to stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:This includes managing documentation, correspondence, and logistics related to the project.
- **Resource Management**:They assist in identifying and managing project resources, including materials and personnel.
- **Client Communication**:They may be responsible for coordinating communication with clients, addressing their queries, and managing their expectations.

2. Technical and Site-Related Responsibilities:

- **Site Surveys**: In some cases, the coordinator may conduct site surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements.
- **Remote Monitoring**: They may be involved in remotely monitoring solar installations and providing support to the installation teams.
- **Bill of Materials (BOM)**: They may be involved in the preparation of BOM for solar projects.

3. Other Important Responsibilities:

- **Quality Control**:They help maintain project quality by ensuring installations meet specified standards.
- **Process Optimization**:They contribute to process improvement and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.
- **Training**:In some cases, they may be involved in training new project coordinators.
- **Relationship Management**:They may be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
