**Responsibilities**:
1. **Loan Processing**:

- Verify applicant information, including credit reports, income documentation, and collateral details.
- Generate loan documentation and facilitate the closing process.

2. **Documentation Management**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date loan files.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proper coordination with banks and customers for documents completion and verification.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any documentation-related issues.

3. **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with applicants, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on loan status.

4. **Collateral Management**:

- Oversee the management of collateral documentation and ensure proper recording.
- Coordinate with appraisal teams and third-party vendors for collateral valuation.

5. **Reporting**:

- Generate and analyse reports related to loan operations.
- Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators and process efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in loan operations or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of lending processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication with customers as well as banks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
