- Join us as a Accounts Payable Executive to work in the areas responsible for payments to Suppliers, Direct & Indirect Taxes and Duties as per company policy. Proper recording of expenses through invoice booking and provisions.

- The position / About the Job:

- In this job the Accounts Payable Executive would be responsible for:

- Validate and process different types of incoming documents ensuring that vendor payments are achieved within payment terms.
- Act as a point of contact regarding sensitive escalations, analysis of potential problems and solutions
- Make sure that incoming queries are handled in a professional manner.
- Pro-actively reach out to local finance representatives regarding the unapproved invoices.
- Assist with supplier payments preparations according to payment calendar.
- Perform activities related to the month end closing, ensuring that balance sheet accounts related to Accounts Payable are properly reported and analyzed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to maximize revenue and operating efficiency.
- Process and book travel expenses, checking the compliance of relevant receipts with the Travel Policy
- Prepare various analytical reports requiring monthly financial reconciliation.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system,
- Taking an active part in keeping process documentation up to date- Who you are - As a Accounts Payable Executive to work in the areas responsible for day-to-day supplier invoice bookings, vendor reconciliations and month end closings in global finance shared service team
- What you can be
- B.COM / M.COM as qualification.
- Accounting professional with 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Executive
- Sound knowledge of TDS, TCS and GST laws.
- Knowledge of ERP. Knowledge of Movex will be added advantage.
- Computer literacy well versed with Excel, MS Office, and knowledge of ERP system.- Location
