Position Overview:
**Job Description**:

- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new learners, including orientation sessions and familiarization with our platform's features and resources.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with learners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners in an online setting through tutorial videos or live 1:1 meetings, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to enhance their learning experience.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track learners' progress, identifying areas for improvement and offering personalized recommendations to help them succeed.
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement engagement strategies to promote active participation and retention among learners.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from learners regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to implement necessary changes.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze learner performance data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and optimize learner success strategies.
- Live Class Support: In-class hosting, Q&A facilitation, assignment & project evaluation, demo class

management, and project mentoring.
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community among learners by organizing engaging forums, and fostering networking opportunities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in EdTech to enhance learner success strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 0.5 -1 year experience/ knowledge in any of the technologies with a preference towards Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (Python, MITRE ATT&CK, CSA, CCM, NIST, SOC)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a flair for problem-solving.
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong communication in group presentations and 1:1 support.
- Willing to work on weekends and some evening shifts (EST)
- Prior experience in the e-learning industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
