The problem space is huge and the Indian a patient's dissatisfaction with the quality of healthcare is well known. We have just raised our series B and are very well-capitalised. As a Medical officer, you will be responsible for managing the patient's inbound and outbound calls coming to our helpline number. This will include understanding patient problems, Doctor advice, guiding patients about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc. - Knowledge of medical services and the healthcare sector. - Creating/ ideating content for patient's understanding/ benefit. - Ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns - Coordinates appointments, a referrals for all patients. - Strategizing ideas to improve conversion. - Drive improvements in patient experience - Serving as a backup when other employees are on leave etc - Taking decisions when needed without supervision to ensure a smooth customer experience - Developing the knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty. **Skill Set**: - Self-driven - Faster Learner - Have strong generalised problem-solving skills - Good listening and communication skills **Education, Experience, Compensation**: - Medical inside sales experience/ hospital customer support experience - BUMS, BAMS/ BHMS, BDS, Nursing or equivalent medical degree OR medical field experience. 1-3 years of experience in medical counselling/officer, clinical or institutional setting - Should be fluent in Telugu & English with immediate joiner. - Urology of Hydrocele, prostate removal, Ureteral stones Kidney stone - Orthopaedics of ACL tear PCL tear slip disc hip replacement etc - Gynaecology of hysterectomy myomectomy Ovarian cystectomy etc - Cardiology of Angiography Angioplasty etc - Proctology of piles, Anal Fistula, Anal fissure - Sharing here the shift timings and weekly offs. Weekly off - Between Mon to Fri Compulsory working on weekends. 6 Days working rotational weekly off **Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
