**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular one-on-one learner connect sessions to assess their career goals, aspirations, and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, fostering trust and open communication.
- Collaborate with learners to establish clear, actionable career objectives.
- Recommend relevant certifications, technical skills, and upskilling opportunities based on individual aspirations and market needs.
- Provide tailored guidance on job searching, networking strategies, and interview preparation.
- Support learners in overcoming obstacles and staying motivated throughout their career journey.
- Leverage data insights to track learner progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist learners in developing both technical and soft skills to meet industry demands.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the respective domain.
- Share market insights, job opportunities, and growth areas with learners.
- Maintain detailed records of learner interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to highlight learner success stories and areas of focus.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT), Master’s preferred.
- 0.6- 1 year of manual outbound calling experience.
- Being a Cyber-Security enthusiast is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development or career counseling roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Empathy and a learner-centric approach to mentorship.
- Familiarity with career development resources and tools.

**Shift Timing**:Day Shift & Rotational Week offs.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
