Job Title: Career Counselor

Job Responsibilities: As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for helping individuals identify and pursue their career goals. Your job responsibilities will include:

- Administering and interpreting career assessment tests to help clients identify their interests, skills, and values.
- Providing one-on-one career counseling to individuals and helping them develop a career plan.
- Lead generation for our Skill learning academy
- Converting the leads provided for enrollment in courses
- Collecting payments
- Grievance handling of students
- Acting as liaison between students and trainers
- Conducting group workshops and presentations on career-related topics such as job search strategies, resume writing, and interviewing skills.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and job market information.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Referring clients to appropriate resources such as job placement agencies and educational institutions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with employers and industry professionals to stay informed about job opportunities and requirements.

Skill Requirements: To be successful as a Career Counselor, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with individuals and groups.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to help clients identify and pursue their career goals.
- Ability to administer and interpret career assessment tests and other career-related tools.
- Familiarity with the latest job market trends, industry requirements, and career-related resources.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations and workshops.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Professional licensure or certification as a career counselor or counselor in a related field.
