Senior Tender Engineer Scope of Work:
Location : Dadar

1. Should have hands on experience of working on Electrical contracting Company, close co-ordination with consulting Architects

2. Detail study of Tender document.& drawings

3. Making a list of discrepancies in Drawings & BOQ and getting clarifications from the client

4. Preparing rate analysis for all the items, collection of basic rates of key construction material, preparing and sending the inquiries for specialized vendors, co-ordination with centralized purchase/ procurement team.

5. Preparation of Pre bid queries and attending pre bid meetings with Client and should be willing to go for site visits. During site visit make note of hindrances and record difficulty which may hamper the project at later stage of Project execution

6. Getting Rates for all items from the supplier or from the market.

7. Cost of the entire project to be worked out.

8 Resolving Technical Queries whenever required

9. Working on Variation Order / Extra Items

10. Submission of Tender & Working on Revised offer.

11. Followup for Work Order

12.Handover the Work Order and details of the project to the project dept/Co-ordinator.
