• Human Centric approach ROLE  Engineer – Estimation is responsible for estimating the cost of projects and materials. He / She is also responsible for the overseeing standardized procedures, methods, and processes for estimating deliverables such as bid packages and budget tracking tools.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ●      Analysis of relevant tender documents ●      Evaluating tender related documents, designs, drawings and schedules. ●      Liaising with Suppliers / Manufacturers. ●      Conducting comparison studies based on supplier's quotations. ●      Engagement with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product. ●       Based on client's budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out value engineering studies. ●      Maintaining all certification, documentation and records in relations to the projects. ●       Pricing of tender/BOQ with respect to defined profits. ●      Reviewing and recording the existing revenue estimates of the company, tallying the records with previous estimates with current results, considering the difference in current estimation analysis for accurate results, etc. ●      Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires. ●      Develop and maintain intelligence regarding trends in cost of services, materials, and commodities in the various regions in which the company operates. ●      Create and maintain project tracking tools and reports for senior management   PREFERRED SKILLS Engineering Degree with 2 to 7 years of experience in Estimation
