**Job Description for Digital Marketing Executive **:We are looking for a talented, self-driven digital marketing executive who will be able to build and manage a strong online presence and promote our brand and content across all digital platforms through creative engagement.

**Job Role - Digital Marketing Executive : Job Description**:

- Developing and implementing digital media strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Creating and managing online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Monitor & manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
- Manage & facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Work closely with creative team to generate engaging content as per the trends & business objectives.
- Present periodic reports to manage with recommendations and insights based on analysis.
- Research audience preferences & identify social networks that would be optimal for building brand reputation.
- Measure impact and drive process improvements as required.
- Assist in creating original, engaging content to drive interest and build buzz around the launch of new content.
- Managing budgets for digital media campaigns and ensuring they deliver a positive return on investment.

**Requirements**:

- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas
- Excellent organisational skills, team work, collaboration and networking skills
- Project and campaign management skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

**Salary**: ₹11,643.63 - ₹15,000.00 per month
