**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Create, optimize, and monitor paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion goals.

Analyze and report on the performance of social media ad campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Google Ads Management: Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search Ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads.

Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to enhance campaign performance.

Monitor and analyze key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve campaign objectives.

Content Creation and Copywriting: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital advertising channels.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Prepare regular reports outlining key performance indicators, trends, and insights.

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage digital advertising budgets, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.

Monitor expenses, track results, and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
