**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop & execute LinkedIn strategy** aligned with brand and business goals
- **Create, manage, and optimize** LinkedIn ad campaigns (lead generation, awareness, retargeting)
- Design and execute **organic content strategies**, including company posts, carousels, polls, employee advocacy, and thought leadership
- Build and manage **LinkedIn outreach campaigns** (cold outreach, messaging flows, follow-ups) using tools like Sales Navigator or automation platforms
- Grow and engage the **company page followers and key decision-maker network**:
- Monitor KPIs**:CTR, CPL, engagement rate, follower growth, conversions**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to **qualify leads** and ensure effective lead nurturing
- A/B test creatives, headlines, CTAs, and audiences to optimize performance
- Provide regular **reporting and insights** to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with **LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices**
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven experience in **LinkedIn B2B marketing**:
- Strong understanding of **LinkedIn Ads Manager, Sales Navigator, and analytics tools**:
- Experience generating **leads through organic + paid strategies**:
- Exceptional **copywriting and communication** skills tailored for professional audiences
- Familiar with **CRM and lead generation tools** (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Lemlist, Phantombuster, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on **ROI and campaign performance**:
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Experience in [finance, SaaS, healthcare, or other relevant industries] is a plus
