**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LinkedIn Intent Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a LinkedIn Intent Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging the power of LinkedIn's advertising platform to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions for our organization. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with prospects who have shown intent or interest in our products or services, and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to nurture and convert them into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
LinkedIn Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute effective LinkedIn advertising strategies to reach and engage with target audiences who have demonstrated intent or interest in our offerings.

Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn's intent data and audience targeting capabilities to identify and capture high-quality leads for our products or services.

Campaign Development: Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative design, targeting parameters, and budget allocation, to maximize reach and generate measurable results.

Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop compelling and tailored content assets, such as whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, and case studies, to support LinkedIn intent marketing initiatives.

Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per lead, and optimize campaigns to improve results.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on different ad formats, messaging variations, targeting options, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Audience Segmentation: Segment LinkedIn audiences based on intent, demographics, firmographics, and other relevant criteria to deliver personalized and highly targeted campaigns.

Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative teams, to align LinkedIn intent marketing efforts with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful LinkedIn intent marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's advertising platform, targeting capabilities, and best practices.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn analytics tools and other marketing automation platforms.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
