Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded clients to ensure they understand and can effectively use our products.
- Provide ongoing training for existing clients and employees as needed.
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and video tutorials to support learning.
- Tailor training programs based on the specific needs of small, medium, and large enterprises.
- Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to address common challenges and improve training effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with product updates and industry trends to ensure training materials are always current.
- Gather client feedback on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions based on client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in product training, customer education, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud telephony, AI-driven communication tools, or SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High-level proficiency in English and Hindi
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and present them in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems), webinar tools, and training software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person training environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
