**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize expertise in Django to establish foundational knowledge crucial for understanding and mastering the Frappe Framework.
- Develop engaging training materials, such as presentations, coding exercises, and projects, to facilitate effective learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to gauge trainee progress, providing personalized feedback and support to ensure they meet learning objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Django and Frappe Framework to continually enhance the training curriculum.
- Work closely with the technical team to align the training program with organizational goals, preparing trainees for successful integration into ongoing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise in Django and a solid understanding of web development principles.
- Willingness to quickly adapt and learn the Frappe Framework to develop and conduct a training program focused on this technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple aspects of the training program, including schedules, materials, and evaluations.
- A passion for teaching and mentorship, with a focus on creating a supportive and productive learning environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
