**Job title: Product Trainer**

**Work Location: South Kerala**

**Full-time**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation of necessary collaterals for training and sales purposes

2. Preparation of necessary marketing collaterals for SchoolWizard

3. Works closely with schools and handles demos and training sessions for decision makers and end customers

4. Work in a fast paced goal oriented environment.

5. Learn on the job regarding how to conduct demos and sales in general.

6. Coordinate and schedule the necessary training sessions with various institutions and end users on a weekly basis

7. To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

8. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

9. Create frequent reviews and reports with training team and work on the necessary updates

10. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

11. Negotiate and handle complaints or objections with respective institutions and end users

12. Must be willing to travel across South Kerala as and when required for engagements with institutions

**Education and other key skills needed**:
1. Min 1-3 years of proven experience in the training segment or should have relevant experience in sales relevant role.

2. Language proficiency.

3. Presentation Skills.

4. Experience in selling edu-tech products/working in the training segment will be an added advantage.

5. Proven Sales experience of B2C and B2B products.

6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

8. Bachelor’s degree.

9. Two/Four Wheeler with Driving License

**Salary**: ₹30,000.97 - ₹50,000.80 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
