Are you driven to shape talent solutions and enhance client outcomes proactively? SHL is seeking a **Solution Architect for Global Pre-Sales** to maximize client value by identifying and deploying SHL services, educating internal and external communities on solution offerings, and driving sales revenue in the region. As a **Solution Architect** **Global Pre-Sales** you will collaborate with clients and sales teams to assess needs, co-create tailored solutions, and utilize SHL’s capabilities to bring them to fruition.

- **What you will be doing**:

- Articulate the SHL solution vision consistently to diverse customer segments
- Offer strategic guidance to both current and potential clients throughout the sales journey
- Help business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities
- Collaborate in solution planning and development processes
- Address sales team queries regarding product specifications, integration, and capabilities
- Contribute to presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts as needed

**What we are looking for from you**:
Essential:

- Has expertise and experience in consulting, implementation, or managed services
- Strong technical background around the implementation and integration of products
- Excellent presentation skills, aptitude to present with credibility and authority
- Ability to navigate and manage issues within customer accounts

Desirable:

- Is self-assured and self-aware with presence and credibility
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm
- Enjoys partnering with multiple stakeholders in architecting complex talent solutions
- Establishes personal networks within the solutions group and wider organization
