**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day operations for domestic and international tour packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local partners.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and confirmations.
- Ensure smooth execution of client itineraries.
- Resolve client queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries and quotations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
