The direction of our product and services will be driven by the insights and opportunities uncovered through our Design Research.- You will work on Design Research projects on the field and help Jiva develop products and services that are truly human-centered. Your work will help us frame the right problems to solve through uncovering insights and identifying opportunities.- Foundational role- Jiva Design is in its startup stage — we're building our team and looking for teammates who will become the foundational members of this group. You will have first-hand involvement in building this team and establishing the processes, rituals, and culture that help us create impactful outcomes in an environment that we thrive in.- Our expectationsExperience

- 2 years of experience as a Design Researcher.

Executing Research

You will be working on everything needed to execute research — planning, scheduling, creating discussion guides, conducting & documenting interviews.Research Methodologies

You will be conducting research by employing various research tools such as contextual inquiry, in-depth interviews to concept evaluations and usability testing.Synthesis

You will synthesize the research to make sense of it all — uncovering actionable insights and defining opportunities with the design and product teams.Workshops

Along with your team, you will facilitate workshops, reviews, discovery sessions, and brainstorms will be a very regular part of your regular work — most of it done remotely.English & Indonesian

English is our main business language but most of your research will be conducted in Indonesian (& its various dialects).Remote work
