**DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR**

Adherence to Policies and Regulations
- 1. To take care of girl’s student and to make sure that the rules and regulations are followed without being too strict.

2. Hostel gate closed as per timings and after night roll call attendance to be passed to reporting authority.

3. Meal timings to be followed and to be reminded to students.

**Administrative Duties**

Keeping accurate records of resident information, including contact details and emergency contacts.

**Facility Maintenance ***

1.Ensure that hygienic part is maintained in hostel. Oversee and maintain records of maintenance, housekeeping and other hostel related activities.

2.Oversee maintenance/housekeeping and hostel related activities

**Resident management ***

Approval from parents to be taken in mail/message for all types of hostel leaving. And documentation to be maintained.

Complain/grievances of student

To look into the complain/grievances of student if found genuine.

**Support and Counseling ***

1.Providing support and guidance to residents, especially those facing personal or academic challenges.

2.Counselling of students to be done on regular basis to know about their problems/difficulties and make them feel as staying in homely atmosphere thus uplifting the living standard of hostel.

**Planning & development work ***

Plan in advance about all civil, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping and other works so that they can be completed without any obstruction/stoppage.

Plan for major works to be done during semester break period.

**Community Engagement ***

Building a positive and inclusive community within the hostel.

Reporting to Hostel Committee

Timely escalation of issues to the Committee members and take their guidance in solving issues related to Girls Hostel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
