**Job Title: Sales Recruiter**

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies required for different sales roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate interviews and feedback discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Recruiter or a similar role in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
