**Position Title**: Senior HR Recruiter
**Experience**: Minimum 10 years in recruitment, with expertise in the building materials, plywood, and construction industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Industry-Specific Recruitment**:
- Focus on hiring professionals with relevant experience in **building materials, plywood, and construction industries**.
**End-to-End Recruitment**:
- Plan, strategize, and execute recruitment processes independently.
- Proactively source, screen, and hire top talent for **senior sales**, **marketing**, and **managerial roles**.
- Draft and tailor job descriptions for various roles as per business requirements without external support.
**High-Volume Hiring**:
- Establish talent pipelines and maintain a database for ongoing and future hiring needs.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Act as a strategic partner in workforce planning and ensure alignment with company goals.
**Process Optimization**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
- Leverage advanced sourcing tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
**Data & Metrics Management**:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as **time-to-hire**, **quality of hire**, and **offer-to-joining ratio**.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience of 10+ years in recruiting for the **building materials, plywood, or construction industry**.
- Strong track record of hiring for **senior sales, marketing, and management positions**.
- Ability to prepare and customize job descriptions independently based on role requirements.
- Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in utilizing **ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)**, job boards, and networking tools.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Prior experience in successfully onboarding **20-25 hires monthly** and **100+ hires annually**.
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies specific to **sales and marketing** roles in the industry.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets within tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
