**Job Title: IT Domestic Bench Sales Recruiter**

**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Experience**: 2 Years
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Work Mode**: Onsite

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Understand and analyse the current bench and proactively work to place them in suitable positions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors to get priority requirements.
- Negotiate rates with clients/vendors and close positions.
- Utilize job boards social media, and internal databases for sourcing and marketing.
- Submit consultants to appropriate job openings and follow up regularly.
- Prepare consultants for interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports and pipelines of consultant placements.
- Handle documentation, onboarding, and post-placement support.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in **IT** **Domestic Bench Sales** for at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
