The ideal candidates will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to vendors, clients and implementation partners.Roles & Responsibilities- Hands on experience in handling full life cycle of Bench Sales recruiter.- Develop & Maintain strong Relationship with direct clients, Vendors and Implementation partners.- Negotiate contracts, rate and employment terms with vendors and clients.- Track submission, interviews and placements effectively using ATS Tools.- Stay updated on market trends and requirements in US IT Staffing.- Ability to multitask and work in a target drive environmentSkills Required- 1 -3 Years hands on experience as a Bench Sales recruiter.- Strong Understanding of US Tax terms.- Proficiency in using job portals i.e. Dice, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn, Indeed Etc.- Must Have good communication skills.Interested candidates can apply directly on LinkedIn or else can share their Updated Resume at
