Role & Responsibility

Good experience in handling Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the Bench Consultants.

Negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants.

requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the Bench Consultants.

Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder and etc.
- Experience working with OPT / H1B/EADs / GC/US Citizens / TN Visa work Authorization Consultants
- Good experience in handling Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
