Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, track orders, followup with logistics partners, and obtain details of complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders and requests
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
