**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
**Location**: Faridabad
**Department**: Sales / Business Development
**Reports to**: Business Development Manager / Sales Head
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clients receive high-quality support and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, project managers, support staff) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Assist in project documentation and ensure clients are updated regularly on progress.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's IT products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as required.
- **Customer Feedback and Analysis**:
- Collect customer feedback on services and relay important insights to the internal teams for improvement.
- Analyze client issues and trends to identify patterns and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management**:
- Maintain up-to-date client records, including project status, communications, and transactions.
- Monitor customer account health and proactively suggest upgrades or additional services based on the client’s needs.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the client base and support in closing sales.
- **Follow-up and Reporting**:
- Provide periodic reports on client interactions, project statuses, and customer satisfaction to the management team.
- Follow up on client renewals and ensure timely invoicing and payment.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably in an IT company.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT products, software solutions, or related technical services.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project steps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role in the IT industry.
- Experience working with project management tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of web development, mobile app solutions, or other IT services will be a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
