Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for construction projects.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Reconcile project costs and expenses with budget allocations.
- **Invoicing and Billing**:
- Generate and process invoices for clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle tax compliance, such as GST, VAT, or other applicable taxes, based on the region.
- **Project Accounting**:
- Track project costs, materials, and labor expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast financial requirements.
- Provide detailed financial reports for each project phase.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Support internal and external audits with required financial documentation.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare periodic financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Analyze project profitability and highlight variances for corrective actions.
- Present financial summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
