JD:

- Ensuring completion of entries in ERP for bill booking, payments, receipts, dispatch as required and timely trial closed for Plant.
- Ensuring that all the invoices have been booked for all material receipt for the week from Monday to Sunday by reconciliation with Gate Register with GRN leger and sending the report to HO
- Preparation of plant costing MIS as per requirements of HO
- Ensuring all inventory entries like purchase, sales, consumption and production have been duly completed at plant level and helping in physical verification of inventory and reconciliation with ERP records
- Handling various Audit at plant level and helping in finalisation of plant accounts.
- Providing assistance to HO Team for Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, GST etc) & Assessment Documentation.
- Obtaining ledger accounts for at least 80% of local vendors and completing their reconciliation along with balance confirmation from them.
