**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage and maintain our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage invoices, payments, and expense records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial audits.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
