- Knowledge in GST Filing

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing accurate and timely financial reports. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis, while supervising junior accounting staff and ensuring adherence to company policies.

**Accounting and Financial Management**:

- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance for decision-making purposes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting systems and controls.

**Tax and Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including VAT, GST, or other statutory taxes.
- Maintain compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing queries.

**Team Supervision and Collaboration**:

- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to project future financial performance.

**Process Improvement**:

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
