Job Title: Solar Rooftop Sales EXECUTIVE

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the solar rooftop sector.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, businesses, contractors, and government agencies.

4. Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar rooftop installations and provide customized solutions to meet customer needs.

5. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients, outlining the benefits and ROI of solar rooftop systems.

6. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and incentives related to solar energy to effectively educate and advise clients.

8. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

9. Lead, mentor, and train sales team members to enhance their skills and drive collective success.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solar rooftop solutions and expand our network.

**Qualifications**:

- 12TH PASS
- Proven track record of success in solar energy sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, installation processes, and financing options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to travel to client sites and attend meetings, conferences, and events as required.
- Must be comfortable working in outdoor environments and climbing ladders for rooftop assessments.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: Rs.10000-20000/month
- Commission or bonus structure based on sales performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
