Civil Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budgets.

2. Resource Management:

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure resource availability and project alignment.

3. Communication and Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address issues and changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.

6. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
