**Job Descriptions**

**Project Co-ordinator Civil**
- Prepare contracts and negotiate changes of contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare measurement and bar bending schedules.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Prepare progress reports for clients.
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.
- Monitor project progress and prepare project status report for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist with resource scheduling team so that team members make resources available to complete their tasks properly.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage project documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Execute a variety of project administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
