We are looking for a **proactive and results-driven Sponsorship Acquisition Executive** to join our team. This is a **field sales role** where you will **visit businesses, brands, and corporate offices** to secure sponsorships for various events. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with decision-makers, present compelling sponsorship opportunities, and close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Physically visit businesses, brands, and corporate offices** to pitch sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire sponsors for college fests, corporate events, and other major gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, brands, and agencies.
- Identify potential sponsors and create compelling sponsorship proposals.
- **Negotiate sponsorship deals and close agreements** to maximize event funding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sponsor visibility and ROI.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on sponsorship trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with event organizers to align sponsorship packages with event requirements.
- Maintain a database of sponsors, track engagement, and follow up on leads.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to engage effectively with sponsors.
- Strong **negotiation and networking abilities** to secure sponsorships.
- Comfortable with **frequent travel and on-field sponsorship acquisition**.
- **Self-motivated and target-driven**, with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of **sales, sponsorship acquisition, or marketing** is a plus.
- **No prior experience required—freshers and trainees are welcome**

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
