Technology Controls

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Compute, Network, Storage Technology Risk & Controls (CNSTRC) team is a global team supporting the CNS organization by providing independent risk assessment, strategy, and risk & control services. The CNSTRC team aligns to the Product Line Manager, works closely with their respective Product teams and other peer organizations to embed risk into products to identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish actionable risk reporting for Runtime Compute within CNS.
- Implement and where needed establish governance processes to reduce risk from failed internal processes, inadequate identification of risks, inadequate controls, and emerging risks
- This role assesses risks and drive actions for remediation activities by providing intuitive data to the product leads
- Identify and aggregate thematic risks and trends
- Establishes and oversees adherence to policies and standards impacting technology and cyber risks
- Identification of technology risk impacting the business that is quantified, communicated, and managed, including recommendations for resolution, and identifying the root cause/key themes
- Maintain an understanding of Product teams strategies, product roadmaps and key investment programs
- Assess technology risks and businesses and products evolve to effectively identify and suggest remediation plans

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Experience in banking and financial services
- 10+ years in Technology with strong experience in data analysis and risk reporting
- Strong experience in various Technology and Cyber domains, for e.g., Architecture, Vulnerability Management, Cloud, etc.
- Expertise in creating matrix and framework to measure and report risk
- Relevant industry certifications are preferable
- Ability to work with data from disparate sources to build a cohesive view on risk

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Strong experience in tools like Tableau
- Machine learning experience
- Experience working in regulated industries, in particular leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and industry recognized best practice/standards (e.g., NIST, CSF, PCI, and SOC)
