We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **DBS Control Tester**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Participating in execution of a wide range of control testing activities covering Technology, DBS Operations and DCOO functions (such as Strategic Procurement Services, Corporate Services)
- Timely delivery of control testing and being transparent and accurate in the completion of testing deliverables
- Embedding quality into the control testing deliverables and ensuring compliance with the CCO Control Testing Methodology
- Maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders including keeping abreast of key business, regulatory and industry developments and any changes to procedures and practices
- Supporting the preparation of testing reports to inform key stakeholders of the outcome of testing and review work
- Track and follow-up actions identified as a result of testing and review work and escalating when necessary
Requirements- Graduate in any discipline with strong academic background
- Knowledge in control testing and risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within a financial / banking services operations environment
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in control testing in Financial Service industry / Process assessment experience.
- Audit qualifications (CIA, etc.) are desirable but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-starter and effective collaborator
- Strong team player.
