**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing P & L & Balance Sheet for the entire AutoFresh (B2B e-commerce platform) business vertical
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the entire AutoFresh (B2B e-commerce platform) business vertical
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands individual channel & its customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Produce targeted sales action plans on a quarterly and annual basis & Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team during the review meeting.
- Develop sales promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with strategy.
- Ensuring that the respective business vertical has the adequate and suitable resources to achieve as per planned. (e.g., people, material, equipment etc.)
- Co-ordinate with website team for keeping AutoFresh website updated and responsible for regular monitoring & management of website.
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team
- Conduct in-house seminars and training sessions for the team.
- Drive and manage marketing campaigns and brand building activities for entire business vertical.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers/vendors/internal team members etc.
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and reporting as per policy
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Business Head & on a management role.
- Relevant industry experience minimum 3 year preferred.
- Experience working in B2B e-commerce sales & marketing role added advantage
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- MBA preferred or Master’s degree in any field.
