- Monitor performance metrics, analyze reports, and initiate corrective actions.
- Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like production, marketing, and logistics.
- Maintain and improve systems/processes to increase efficiency.
- Handle departmental budgeting and resource allocation.
- Train team members and ensure skills are up to industry standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and suggest promotions or restructuring as needed.
- Maintain regular reporting to upper management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
