Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for the Head of the Electrical and Instrumentation Department (E&I HOD). The E&I HOD will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation systems within the facility, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks will include supervising the design and maintenance of electrical systems, managing power generation and distribution, troubleshooting electrical equipment, and leading a team of engineers and technicians. The E&I HOD will also be involved in planning and implementing improvement projects to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electricity, Electrical Design, and Electrical Engineering
  • Familiarity with Power Generation and Electrical Equipment maintenance
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
