**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICE COORDINATOR (MALE/FEMALE)**:

- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Coordination among executives, external associates/partners, and clients.
- Prepare documents for team members, associates, partners, and clients.
- Preparing MIS reports for Top Management.
- Able to draft correspondence and Coordination with external Contacts.
- Monitor office expenditure and handle all office contacts.
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Schedule agendas, appointments, travel arrangements etc. for senior executives.
- Assist in relationship management.

**SKILL SET-**
- Proven Experience as office coordinator or in a similar role.
- Working Knowledge of office equipment e.g., scanner, printing etc.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- To own the responsibility to the organization.
- Proficient in Google calendar, Google sheets, Microsoft Office e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms etc.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Public Relation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives.
- Commitment to stay for a longer time in the organization.
- Comfortable in occasional outstation visits.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 3-7 Years Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.

**AGE**:Around 30 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
